About
Helen’s Disability & Daycare Service is a family-owned NDIS provider offering warm, reliable and person-centred support for children, teenagers, adults and older participants.
We support people with everyday living, personal care, travel and transport, household tasks, community participation, life skills and short-term respite.
What makes our service different is the time we take to understand each participant properly. We listen to their needs, routines, goals, interests and comfort levels, so support feels safe, familiar and genuinely built around them.
Years of experience across disability, aged care and early childhood support.
A small provider focused on genuine relationships and personalised care.
Mission &
Values
Our mission is to provide support that helps each participant feel safe, respected and included.
We believe disability support should be personal. Every participant has their own routines, goals, strengths, challenges and preferences, and our role is to provide care that respects the person behind the plan.
Our values are simple: dignity, compassion, trust, patience and consistency.
We work closely with participants, families, carers, support coordinators and allied health professionals to provide support that encourages confidence, independence and meaningful everyday experiences.
